One of the things people say to me when I tell them they should make something is "Oh, I can't draw/write/blah blah."
To which I say, "It doesn't matter if you're good or bad."
When really I should be saying, "EFFing make something now!"
I joke. Mostly.
I get it. We're afraid of failure. We're afraid of being embarrassed. We're afraid of not measuring up to society's standards of beauty internalized into our psyches making our self-esteems twisted and malformed to the point of inaction. I get it.
So, I decided to up the ante... on myself.

I also figure that everyone reading this has doodled *something* in the margins of their homework. I also imagine that everyone reading this has taken at least 1 photo in their lives.
You know what i have never done in the entirety of my life? Composed a song.
So I'm challenging myself to compose a song a week. At the end of the week, I'll make a slideshow of my Jawns from the week and soundtrack it with said song.
So the next time I say that you should make something and you say you "can't" ... well... I am going to smack you upside the head and tell you "MAKE SOMETHING NOW!"
