On Artistic Mastery

Upon watching http://hedonistica.com/art-and-design/four-disney-background-artists-paint-a-tree-in-their-iconic-styles/ it occurs to me that a sign of artistic mastery may be the ability to know one's own voice so well that one can work with it to emulate another's to the point of it being indistinguishable from the original.
