Troubleshooting - OSX - Create A New Cache For The Dock

Sometimes in Mac OSX 10.6.8 Snow Leopard, the Dock cache can become corrupt. What you see is that folder previews in the dock will not properly update. In those situations, you'll want to force the OS to create a new cache with the following commands run as an admin:

sudo rm -r

/Users/telan/Library/Preferences/com.apple.dock.db && killall Dock
